Growing up on the breathtaking shores of Lake Superior in Minnesota, the natural beauty of Asheville is vital to me. During a family vacation to Asheville in which we all fell in love with the area, my parents unexpectedly bought a house in South Asheville and subsequently relocated their lives from MN. Over the next 2 years, I visited Asheville multiple times and felt at home here. I finally moved here in 2017 from Texas, and won’t ever leave it permanently again. I consider North Carolina to be a playground for adults and children alike, with truly endless places to explore and enjoy, no matter the time of year. I am so happy to assist those moving to WNC, and to welcome them the way I felt welcomed. Being newly in love with the area, I am a great resource for places to “play”. Assisting local residents is also a pleasure as I continue to learn from their knowledge of this beautiful State. Having a keen eye for aesthetics helps me to guide sellers when listing their homes, and to notice all the details of a house with buyers. Communication with my clients is of utmost importance to me, and in this I am committed to the highest standards. Earning my Masters of Social Work taught me that I love working with people, am an excellent communicator, and am calm in a stressful situation. My entrepreneurial nature led me to sales, in which I have excelled. Being a Realtor perfectly combines my clear communication style, my love of people, and my determination to get the desired results of my clients. When I am not working you will find me in the woods: running, hiking, climbing, and biking with my family.
People watching is such a fun activity downtown. There is always something going on and just walking around observing with a cup of coffee and no agenda is so fun. Finding a new restaurant and finishing the night with a stop in The Chocolate Lounge for a hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows is pretty much perfection...for me, anyway!
