While growing up in Charlotte, and attending Appalachian State University, I spent many weekends in Western North Carolina hiking Pisgah National Forest, fly fishing clear mountain streams, and skiing the slopes of the local mountains. As an adult, Asheville stood out because it's a culturally diverse area with strong ties to art, music, and a passion for living well. So, after a successful career in corporate marketing and public relations, my wife and I moved our family here in 2005. After many years working for the largest brokerage firm in WNC I started DixonPacifica Real Estate with a singular goal of providing honest, trustworthy real estate services. As a rental property owner, investor, and contractor I have first-hand experience with all aspects of Asheville real estate and enjoy sharing this expertise with clients.
Black Balsam off the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Fall. The view is one of the biggest in our area and it's an easy hike. I'm also partial because it's been a family tradition of ours to take a photo wth the trail sign every year.
“I cannot overestimate the knowledge, patience, persistence and cooperation Tad has exhibited in helping me buy my home. I could not have asked for a better helper, leader and supporter. I will be proud to recommend Tad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home…”

“Tad exceeded all of our expectations in regards to client service. He has consistently been prompt in responding to our calls and e-mails, and always has a positive attitude when we are around him. Knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and honest are a few words that accurately describe Tad, and we could not be happier about our relationship with him.”

“We were both very happy with the care and attention that we got from Tad and could not have asked for a better Realtor. When you are getting tired and stressed because there are SO MANY people coming to see your house, that speaks volumes for the Realtor. He is Top notch!”
